Shipping

Each headpiece is packaged in a custom canvas hat box, designed not only to protect your order in transit, but also to serve as it's lasting home. All pieces are shipped from our London studio. As each headpiece is handmade to order, we kindly ask that you allow up to two weeks for completion and dispatch.

We use DHL Express delivery services to ensure your parcel is safe and can be tracked throughout its journey.

Please note: shipping times are approximate. A more accurate timeframe will be provided once your tracking number is issued by DHL. Any delays once the parcel is in transit are unfortunately outside of our control.

For international customers, please be aware that customs duties, fees, and taxes may apply depending on your destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels returned due to unpaid fees cannot be refunded, though we will do our best to minimise potential delays at customs.
